White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders spoke with Fox News’ Laura Ingraham this evening from the White House after a big week for President Trump comes to a close.
Ingraham congratulated Sarah on the great job she has done so far in the briefing room and asked her how she deals with the “CRAP” that comes at her daily from the reporters.
Sarah laughed and reminded Laura that she has three toddlers at home so they giver her practice on dealing with shenanigans daily. What she says next proves she is the greatest press secretary we have ever seen.
“Look, this was a president who was elected by the forgotten men and women of this country and a lot of liberals had contempt for those people, whether they’re men, whether they’re women. And they want to attack us. I think that it’s a great reminder why this president was elected. We are here; we are going to do a job. We are here to get big things done. That’s what we are focused on. If they want to focus on petty attacks, that’s fine. Let them have at it. While they are doing that we are going to get tax cuts passed in this country. We are going to continue to grow the economy; continue to create jobs.”
Sarah just summed up exactly why President Trump won the election last year. His supporters are focused on what really matters in this country, while Democrats are just spouting hot air.
